Here are 4 quick reminders to make sure you receive all your funds:

1. Single Withdrawal Currency

For now, you are limited to ONE currency selection for withdrawals. Selection is final during onboarding & cannot be changed until later. Support cannot help you.

• IF YOU CHOOSE USDT on Ethereum, note that:
  • You will have to pay for gas fees for deposits and withdrawals (around $1-$5 on average but can go higher depending on the gas fees - we have no control over this)
  • There will be an additional 0.1% fee (on top of our 0.9% fee)
  • Minimum deposit/withdrawal is $25
• IF YOU CHOOSE USDC on Ethereum, note that:
  • You might have to pay for gas fees for deposits and withdrawals (around $1-$5 on average but can go higher depending on the gas fees - we have no control over this)

2. ACH and Wire transfers have DIFFERENT account and routing numbers.

3. Deposit memos are still MANDATORY for Wire transfers

• Also, International SWIFT transfers are not supported. Use only US banks for transfers.
• Wires may soon require a fee. We’ll keep you posted.
